What are the benefits of subscribing?

As men we were not built to shop. This is why Balitello is looking to remove the hassle of going to those hectic department stores and provide you with a fresh pair of exclusive Performance Dress Socks™ every month.

We have also put a strong focus on our designs and comfort-technology. Each design is made to be workplace appropriate and yield enough flare to bring out your personality and fashion. On top of that we construct our socks within enough comfort to give your feet the proper support throughout your busy workday in those uncomfortable dress shoes. 

Account Login Steps

1. Go to Balitello Homepage [Balitello.com]

2. Click "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the screen

4. Please Click "New Customer? Sign Up"- Now fill out both your First and Last Name accordingly

5. For the Email field you MUST use the same email address you used when you purchased the sock subscription. (This will be the email in which you get all your order receipts sent too)

6.Last step will be to set your password. Type in a password that you would like to use for the duration of your account.

Note: In the event your card information / shipping information changes, please update before your targeted delivery date. If not updated,  your current information might not sync with your latest order. The subscription order always triggers on the 20th of each month.  Any issues always contact our support email thats available on our website through the "Contact Us page.

What are the similarities between each subscription package?

Each Balitello package, regardless of plan type, will receive the same product that is scheduled to release for a specific month.

For example, if “Sock X” is scheduled to be released for the January cycle, every customer, regardless of what Balitello package was purchased, will receive “Sock X.”

What are the differences between each subscription package?

Each package within the Balitello Brand has slight differences between them. These differences are seen within the monthly rate; cancellation polices, and plan duration. Below each package is outlined in further detail.

Starter Package:

  • Cost is $15 a month
  • The plan will continue on an on-going basis unless cancelled. You will be able to cancel anytime with no additional fees. (Please refer to Section B within our policy for additional information)

Professional Package

  • Cost is $13.50 per month. 
  • 10% Discount compared to the Starter Package (over a years time)
  • Receive one month free
  • This plan is based off of a 3 month cycle. You will be billed monthly at a rate of $13.50 for at least 3 months. A customer will not be able to cancel for months within the 3 month cycle. The Professional Package will renew automatically for an additional 3 month cycle if not advised otherwise. 

Executive Package

  • Cost is $12 per month
  • 20% discount compared to Starter Package
  • Receive 2 months free
  • This plan is based off of a 6 month cycle. You will be billed monthly at a rate of $12.00 for at least 6 months. A customer will not be able to cancel for months within the 6 month cycle. The Executive Package will renew automatically for an additional 6 month cycle if not advised otherwise. 

Billing

The first month’s membership fee is charged right after you press the Submit Order on the Secure Checkout page. For every month after that, Five Four members are charged on the 20th.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Each Balitello package contains different cancellation policies and procedures that you will need to follow in order to successfully cancel your subscription. We will continue to send socks to you every month until you cancel your subscription.

To cancel, simply send us an email at info@balitello.com letting us know that you wish to cancel your subscription. Please include your full name, subscription type, and the address where you receive your socks so that we can be sure to cancel only your subscription and not any others that you may have bought for a friend.

Provided below is an outline of the policies and procedures that are specific to cancelling each of our available subscription packages:

Starter Package

This subscription requires no minimum cycle period. We will continue to bill your account and send socks to you every month until you cancel your subscription. We will stop sending socks the month immediately following your cancellation request with no cancellation fee required.

For example, If you request to cancel and it is within January 1st – January 31st, you will be billed and receive a sock for January. Your cancellation will start in February in which you will not be billed and will not receive a pair of socks.  

Professional Package

This subscription is based off of a 3 month cycle period, in which you are required to pay for at least a minimum of 3 months. After the 3 month cycle period is over we will automatically renew the plan for an additional 3 month cycle period unless cancelled within the 3rd month of your cycle. We will stop sending socks immediately after the 3rd month within your cycle, following your cancellation request with no cancellation fee required.

For example, if you purchase your subscription in January, you will at a minimum be billed for January, February, and March. If we do not receive a cancellation request from you in March, we will renew your plan for another 3 month cycle. We will than at a minimum bill you for April, May, and June. This process will continue in the same format until you cancel your subscription.

Executive Package

This subscription is based off of a 6 month cycle period, in which you are required to pay for at least a minimum of 6 months. After the 6 month cycle period is over we will automatically renew the plan for an additional 6 month cycle period, unless cancelled within the 6rd month of your cycle. We will stop sending socks immediately after the 6th month within our cycle, following your cancellation request with no cancellation fee required.

For example, if you purchase your subscription in January, you will at a minimum be billed for January, February, March, April, May, June. If we do not receive a cancellation request from you in June, we will renew your plan for another 6 month cycle. We will than at a minimum bill you for July, August, September, October, November, and December. This process will continue in the same format until you cancel your subscription.

 

I do not live in the US… Can I still subscribe?

Yes of course!!! We offer international shipping to all countries. Please note that shipping rates will apply depending on the originating country. Our socks are universal so we got to make sure our friends throughout the world share our comfortable and trendy designs.
