Section 1 - Charges and Delivery:

Balitello charges will register on your credit card as Balitello, LLC. Balitello will charge your credit card on the 20th of every month.

The 20th of each month will act as a deadline on when your subscription will be processed. For example, if you subscribe anytime in between January 1st- 20th you will be included within the January delivery cycle and your credit card will be charged on January 20th. If you subscribe anytime in between January 21st – February 20th you will be included within the February deliver cycle and your credit card will be charged on February 20th.

Deliveries will tend to arrive towards the end of each month.  

Section 2 - Cancellations:

Each Balitello package contains different cancellation policies and procedures that you will need to follow in order to successfully cancel your subscription. We will continue to send socks to you every month until you cancel your subscription.

To cancel, simply send us an email at info@balitello.com letting us know that you wish to cancel your subscription. Please include your full name, subscription type, and the address where you receive your socks so that we can be sure to cancel only your subscription and not any others that you may have bought for a friend.

Provided below is an outline of the policies and procedures that are specific to cancelling each of our available subscription packages:

Starter Package

This subscription requires no minimum cycle period. We will continue to bill your account and send socks to you every month until you cancel your subscription. We will stop sending socks the month immediately following your cancellation request with no cancellation fee required.

For example, If you request to cancel and it is within January 1st – January 31st, you will be billed and receive a sock for January. Your cancellation will start in February in which you will not be billed and will not receive a pair of socks.  

Professional Package

This subscription is based off of a 3 month cycle period, in which you are required to pay for at least a minimum of 3 months. After the 3 month cycle period is over we will automatically renew the plan for an additional 3 month cycle period unless cancelled within the 3rd month of your cycle. We will stop sending socks immediately after the 3rd month within your cycle, following your cancellation request with no cancellation fee required.

For example, if you purchase your subscription in January, you will at a minimum be billed for January, February, and March. If we do not receive a cancellation request from you in March, we will renew your plan for another 3 month cycle. We will than at a minimum bill you for April, May, and June. This process will continue in the same format until you cancel your subscription.

Executive Package

This subscription is based off of a 6 month cycle period, in which you are required to pay for at least a minimum of 6 months. After the 6 month cycle period is over we will automatically renew the plan for an additional 6 month cycle period, unless cancelled within the 6rd month of your cycle. We will stop sending socks immediately after the 6th month within our cycle, following your cancellation request with no cancellation fee required.

For example, if you purchase your subscription in January, you will at a minimum be billed for January, February, March, April, May, June. If we do not receive a cancellation request from you in June, we will renew your plan for another 6 month cycle. We will than at a minimum bill you for July, August, September, October, November, and December. This process will continue in the same format until you cancel your subscription.

Section 3 - RETURNS:

We want to do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your socks and with your Balitello experience. Our policies are stated below, but you can always email us at info@balitello.com and we will work to ensure your satisfaction as best we can.

We are happy to accept the return of any unworn product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise unwearable of your own. Before sending your socks to the address provided below, please send an email including a picture and written description outlining the defect as well as your receipt of purchase and name of account holder to receive approval for a return. Returns will not be accepted if an email with a picture and description of the defect as well as your receipt of purchase and name of account holder is not received and approved. After approval has been granted, we’ll send out your replacement pair and won’t charge you for shipping. Worn socks will not be reused and will never be sent to another customer. Defective socks will then be donated to local charities within the NYC area. We will strive to make this process as quick as possible and provide prompt response times.

Reason in which Returns will not be granted

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to sizing issues. Our socks come in one size range and that is Men’s size 7-13. Please be sure to know your sock size before your order is completed.

We cannot accept returns of any products that have been worn.

We do not accept returns for unworn socks that are NOT damaged simply because that month’s design is unique and will not be included in another monthly cycle. Each month’s selection is made to be exclusive and ensure our subscribers receive their socks before everyone else is allowed to.

Additional non-returnable items

  • Gift cards are not returnable

Section 4 - REFUNDS:

We are happy to refund the cost of any order made in error, as long as we haven’t already shipped your socks. As an example, if you have accidentally purchased two subscriptions and only wanted one subscription, we’re happy to cancel the second subscription and refund your money. Please refer to our cancellation policy. However, if we’ve already shipped the socks for the second subscription, we’ll cancel any future socks for the canceled subscription but cannot refund the cost of the socks that have already shipped.

We do not refund the cost of socks that you have received and simply don’t like. Refer back to Section 3 for our Returns Policy for more details on how we’ll take care of those situations.

We do not refund shipping costs for any packages that have already shipped.

Section 5 - Shipping Policy:

We ship in the United States via USPS.

We currently do not ship internationally at this time.

We charge a flat $3.00 for each pair of socks we ship within the US. As seen in our return policy above; “After approval has been granted (for a return), we’ll send out your replacement pair and won’t charge you for shipping”

Our shipping charge is subject to change at any time.
